Оперативника уголовного розыска Василеостровского района Санкт-Петербурга Константина Голубева допросили по делу о превышении должностных полномочий. Его обвиняют в «сливе» информации из базы «Розыск-Магистраль», которая могла фигурировать в расследовании Алексея Навального (учредителя Фонда борьбы с коррупцией, включенного Минюстом в реестр организаций, выполняющих функции иностранного агента) о ФСБ. Об этом сообщает «Фонтанка».

По данным издания, после допроса Голубева отпустили под подписку о невыезде. Уточняется, что он и его коллега по уголовному розыску майор Роман Гладышев заранее знали детали дела. «Заблаговременно были осмотрены все нужные служебные компьютеры, так что какие-либо обыски на момент возбуждения были неважны и формальны», — пояснила «Фонтанка».

Также известно, что Голубев попросил Гладышева посмотреть детали рейса Томск — Москва, которым летел Навальный, не объяснив, что это частная инициатива его знакомой, журналистки издания Baza Мяйле Мачюлите, а сославшись на служебную необходимость. «Фонтанка» указывает, что из-за причастности Навального к этому делу просьба Голубева превратилась «чуть ли не в антигосударственную» и переросла в уголовное дело.

В конце февраля появилось сообщение о задержании Мачюлите в Петербурге в рамках расследования утечки данных. Знакомый сотрудник полиции попросил девушку о встрече, обещая передать ей информацию, которая «может ее очень заинтересовать». «Коммерсантъ» писал, что журналистку допрашивали в связи с делом об утечке данных о рейсе 2614, которым летел Навальный.
